For third-party products sold through TLSoftTechLLC, we provide assistance with order placement, billing, and general inquiries.
However, for technical issues or product defects, you may be referred to the manufacturer’s official support channels.

2. TLSoftTechLLC Products:
For products developed by TLSoftTechLLC, our team provides full technical and customer support.
This includes installation help, troubleshooting, software updates, and usage guidance as per product documentation.


Order & Delivery Support

  • If your order has not been received within the expected delivery period, please contact our support team with your Order ID and Billing Email Address.

  • In case of incorrect or damaged deliveries, report the issue within 7 business days of receiving the package.

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but a return or refund may be requested as per our refund policy.


Refund & Replacement Support

Refunds or replacements are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Generally, refunds are issued in cases of:
